Hidden devices USB

It did not show as an Hidden device.
But had already I got the offending USB devise and plugged it in when it did show up I uninstalled previously.
I have used CCleaner to clean out any un needed...

Screen working but pop up still very annoying

I have got my display link working by using the
-ignoreCompatibility install via command prompt.
How do I stop the pop up on each restart? (attached)
