Hi Wim, well...something magic...

Hi Wim,

well...something magic happened..same hardware (docking station, usb3 cable, etc)..but since this morning it started to work again...as I was expecting it was a driver issue

Hi Wim,

Thanks for your reply....unfortunately I don't think it can be an hardware issue: I did replace the hardware already (I have 2 of them on 2 separate NBs) plus I can see and browse an HD...

Dell Precision M3800 - Win 8.1
Dell USB 3 docking station

Working fine for audio and external USB drives (can see and access all external USB drives)

Latest DisplayLink drivers installed....
