Problem solved by un-installing the latest...
Problem solved by un-installing the latest Display link software using the Cleaner tool and installing an older version.
Admins, close this Thread if you like.

I just upgraded a Computer ( Win 7) from the AMD A8 6600 to a AMD A10 7850K, loaded all Display Drivers, AMD Control Center, etc.
