Fresco drivers - removed but not able to install

No trace of the Fresco drivers but still can't install Displaylink
I've read the FAQ about uninstalling Fresco drivers and followed the steps.
I've scanned the registry for "Fresco" & "FLx*".
I've scanned my file structure for "Fresco" & "FLx*".
