Same issue here....

I get the same problem too! I think this should be considered as a very urgent matter for all USB monitor producers. This problem almost makes these monitors impossible to use.

We need a fix ...!!

Just bought a external usb monitor(ASUS MB168) for my 2013 MBP on macOS Sierra.

Installed the driver first from the ASUS homepage, and there was some severe mouse lag,

and installed newer...
