No internet connection after plugging out and in the dock

I also have this problem with version 1.3.52 on...
I also have this problem with version 1.3.52 on Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS on the latest gen. Dell XPS13. The only way to get Ethernet back is to reboot the machine. I cannot attach a log, sorry.
