60Hz not available for 4k using DL 5.2.1

60Hz not available for 4k using DL 5.2.1

Via my USB-C dock (Targus USB-C Universal DV4K), I have found that I am getting only 4k at 30Hz. Via HDMI 2 I should be getting 4k at 60Hz.

Any ideas why?
