Worth adding, the monitors are both connected DVI...
Worth adding, the monitors are both connected DVI (monitor) to HDMI (d3100), could this have a bearing?

Hi, first time poster here... I've just set up my Dell d3100 docking station, connected two external LG monitors through the HDMI ports into the d3100, but neither of my laptop's are picking them up...
