Version 1.10.2 slower than 1.8.1
I just installed the new version 1.10.2 of the DisplayLink drivers and they are way slower than 1.8.1.

For me this worked: Go into Chrome Settings....
For me this worked: Go into Chrome Settings. Search for "hardware". Disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" and restart chrome. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video have images again.
