Gray/shadow area appears on main display if DisplayLink manager closed

I'm using DisplayLink Manager (1.11.0 b28) with an Elgato Prompter attached to my M2 MacBook Air (Sequoia 15.3.1) along with a 32" Samsung M7 display. Both displays are connected via CalDigit TS4.
