Sorry, but who are you, a hidden support team member? I now have 3 Months in of not using aan expensive peace of gear and my monitors because of a software error, and the is still ABSOLUTELY NO Fix...

The point is that may people including me have now filled a lot of service support questions, and there is still zero response from Displaylink .... this is a very very bad. way to deal with...

It is for quite a while, and DisplayLink is doing absolutely nothing about it. Read the other threads, it is the same thing over and over again ... and no information, or no solution, no nothing. it...
