Same issue here, same lack of solution

I am feeling gaslighted here. The combination is utterly unusable and every forum thread ends with "We can't find anything wrong, it must be on your end, contact support again if you have issues."

Solution to the issue

I had the same problem, understood the dock used an incompatible bus, and solved it by buying a Pulgable USBC-6950M (Plugable USB C to HDMI Adapter, Dual Monitor 4K 60Hz for Apple Mac M1/M2/M3,...
