One thing I noticed during testing, when I removed the VGA adapter, it remained active in the windows (NO MONITOR). It disable only when the USB cable was removed.

I tested with 3 different cables. And none of the native resolution of the monitor was detected (1600x900). The closest I got was 1440x900 and 1600x1200. The cables are still not detect...
