FWIW I did the 10.9.5 update and it would seem that the latest beta 2.2 driver while it works still suffers from the same problems and is probably even more unstable. I'm getting constant window...

Agreed... I've been dying to hear about progress on developing drivers for the 3xxx line on the Mac. Even a rough idea would be appreciated. Having a USB3 display option now that macs support it...
