Same issue with 10.8.2
Damn, I still get the issue (100% CPU, mouse moves, but system doesn't react anymore) with 10.8.2.
Am I the only one left?

10.8.1 seems to help
I do have a bluetooth magic mouse so that fits the description.
But more importantly, I just installed 10.8.1, which seems to fix the issue. (Quickly tried once only, but it always happened for me...

Same issue here
Problems here as well.
- Mac OS X 10.8 on MacBook Pro, 15-inch, Mid-2010
- with the latest DisplayLink driver 1.8 for mac
- after waking up the mac from sleep
