To upgrade the firmware in your monitor please connect it to a PC with a non Haswell chipset with the latest DisplayLink software...

Sorry for the delay in responding.

It could be because you have "Optimize for Video" enabled in the DisplayLink GUI (see attachment for an image of this). Try disabling this.
