I have an eVga UV39 which is the USB 3 model using a DisplayLink chip. The new 2.1 drivers while they indeed work in Mavericks, the DisplayLinkUserAgent is consuming between 19 & 22% CPU at all...

Removing the file in byHosts does not solve the issue.
