I found out, that instead of restarting I can reopen DisplayLink app because it disconnects for some reason. do you know how to keep it open and block from shutting down?

I had wavlink DisplayLink 5K Dual 4K Display docking station for couple of years now and there was no issue, but for couple of months now it's not detecting my 2 monitors instantly.
