They clearly mentioned in the release notes for 2.2beta that only one display is supported for 10.9.
I understand its frustrating...

MBP 8,2 HIS II DL-195 adapter not working
This adapter originally worked fine on OSX 10.7.5, then after updating to 10.8.0 it stopped working in July 2012.
I have since reformatted with a fresh 10.8.2 and tried the new 2.0 alpha driver...
