I've got the same problem on my PC, all was working fine prior to the update.

SPECS:

Windows 10 PRO
ASUS Maximus V111 motherboard,
Intel Core i7-6700K,
Nvidia GTX 980 Ti
64GB RAM

good news if fix works

The problem has reared it's ugly head again for me I thought it was fixed but was not.

Let's hope the update from displayLink works

seems to be working

Good Call robmc5. I have done what you recommended and it appears to have resolved my issue to.

I will only declare victory if I do not see the symptoms of the issue after about week of use.

Just an update: I have contacted the monitor hardware manufacturer complaining about the current DisplayLink windows 10 driver compatibility issue. Mimo Monitors do not provide alternative drivers...
