1. unplug usb monitor adapter
2. uninstall the driver software
3. reboot
4. re-install the driver software
5. plug in the usb...

Did that and I'm still having the same problem....

Did that and I'm still having the same problem. Windows shows that the driver is installed and working but I'm not able to get windows to see the monitor.
