Thanks for the quick reply.

These logs are with me trying with a USB 2.0 cable. It didn't work with either, in any of the USB ports on the machine. Attached is a photo of the box of the device.

So my Windows 10 laptop recently went through an update and the end result is my docking station no longer working with my second monitor. My mouse and keyboard (wireless, connected via USB)...
