You might have the same issue I just reported, try setting your attached display to 30hz instead of 60hz and see if it works.

I have a Pluggable 6950 adapter with the latest 1.6.1 of Displaylink Manager. I used to be able to set my LG TV display to 4k 60hz when connected to HDMI, lately, I can only get the display to work...
