When I plug my USB displaylink device (Lenovo MO1061) before starting my computer, I don't have any problem, but when I connect it after Windows has been started, I've got the blue screen...

I bought a Lenovo USB-DVI adapter to extend my desktop on a screen Hanns G HW223D because my graphical card cannot handle the native resolution of 1680x1050.
