Did you download the free version of Driver Fusion and let it uninstall all your graphic drivers?

Do you have more than one graphic card? If so, uninstall it also using Windows and the Driver...

Try Driver Fusion for uninstall

First uninstall DisplayLink and NVidia using the builtin uninstall programs. The run Driver Fusion to get rid of all the NVidia remnants. Then try reinstalling.

YMMV, this may not work.

Try forcing the problem monitor

Try forcing the problem monitor to use the NVidia graphics card. A quick test would be to disable the Intel graphics via display manager.
