Big Sur 11.4 / now not recognizing display

M1 with 2 different Dell monitors -- 1 of them stuck at 1920x1080
Sending the DisplayLink output zip file. Help! :)
My Mac M1 has:
1) Dell U3219Q <-- this one shows the 3840x2160 high resolution that I expect.
2) Dell P2715Q <-- this one shows only 1920x1080...
