So far so good. Is there any negative to using 2.0 vs 3.0? I had always thought it had to be 3.0. Obviously speed is the main difference but so far it seems to run the same as it did with USB 3.0.

I'm having this problem multiple times a day. Everything is working great then the Targus I have acts as though I complete disconnected my device from the USB 3.0 port though everything is connected...

Can't believe I never thought of this. Since moving keyboard/mouse to USB 2.0 port directly on laptop and leaving network/video on dock, things are working perfectly. Thanks!
