FYI, in 10.14.2 it is working (again) now. But this is not perfect as I have to re-discover the screen randomly. But hey ! It works as it (almost) was in 10.13.6. Cheers/Frederic

To answer your (very good) comment, the BELKIN has 3 ports. One is DisplayPort and the 2 others are USB-C. In the dock documentation/advertisement this dock expose the capability to have 1 monitor...
