Issue Resolved! In the end I didn't end up...

Issue Resolved!
In the end I didn't end up reformatting and mucking around with nlite!
It seemed that SP3 (as recommended by johnhc, thanks man!) fixed up the DisplayLink drivers.

I bought the Lilliput on Ebay from China.
The Version is "UM-70".
It came with a driver CD with two folders, one for touch drivers, the other contained old DisplayLink Drivers....
