I have just purchased a USB 2.0 to HDMI Adapter model WS-UGA17H1 after install all i get on tv is shaky green screen, Tv is Toshiba regza 100mhz, Pc is Dell Inspiron one 2205 with 512mb ATI Mobility HD 5000 Series adapter, AMD Athlon (tm) 11 X2 240e Processors have tried all different settings .... any ideas please.
