I see you are running v6.1. Just to make sure this is still a problem in our latest code, could you try v6.2?
Also, when you ran the logging tool , the desktop was in basic mode. This could be because DWM crashed, putting you into basic mode, but this could also have had the knock on effect of exposing problems we have rendering in basic mode and will be fixed next month.
If you manually restart the Desktop Window Manager service and restore Aero, does the machine then continue to function correctly until the next reboot?
