I've gone through all the debugging steps listed here for Windows, and everything checks out. However, there is no image on my external monitor, and the LED on the adapter doesn't even light.
I am connecting it to my laptop, an Inspiron 6000 with 2GB RAM. USB says Enhanced in Device Manager, and Display link is there as well. I downloaded the most recent software.
Please help. Please let me know if anyone has a solution or if more information is required.
