Try to use USBDeview tool:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html.

First disconnect USB docking station and then run USBDeview tool to list all USB devices (Run As Administrator to be able to delete deivces).
Then remove all DisplayLink devices and re-install DisplayLink drivers.
