DisplayLink Forum - View Single Post - External screen worked and then stopped after re- booting

I installed Displaylink software and my external screen worked like a dream though my 'plugable' docking station. I then switched my macbook off and on and it stopped working at all. Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong and how to avoid this happening in future please?
