I followed steps outlined by you, still no success.
I am not able to send you new set of logs, because I am not able to download the debug tool from http://extranet.displaylink.com/tech...pport_tool.zip

It looks like all links on displaylink.com that points to file downloads are not working.
I saw that 7.3 was released and I tried to download it, but that link also did not work. http://www.displaylink.com/support/sla.php?fileid=93
