No output from usb-hdmi converter.
I'm using a Atlona usb to hdmi converter and am not getting any display on my second screen. I've tried updating the Displaylink and my graphics drivers, adjusting the resolution, etc and still nothing. The second display (LED TV) recognizes that the converter is attached and the converters status light comes on when connected to the usb.
