Hi,
Please try this:
1. Disconnect the dock
2. Uninstall the DisplayLink software
3. Run the cleaner tool

4. Install the latest graphics drivers for your system
5. Install the latest R7.4 M0 software from:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php
6. Reconnect the dock.
