It does appear that the associated drivers are up to date, or close enough, but there is a newer graphics driver available from Intel
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...adType=Drivers. If Ethernet and Audio are working, but no the external graphics you may want to try it.
If this doesn't fix it, then have the dock exchanged for a replacement.
