Blank and blue screen are likely to be two different issues. I believe the blank screen issue is the same as in

Blue screen seems to indicate a problem in the Window Server, we would need logs of when the issue is happening. The problem is likely to be being able to use the application while the Window Server is stuck!
If the tool can't be run, please just send us the System Profile collected right after the issue happened.
