Here is a screen shot of my system prefs and a zip file with the logs you requested. Again, this is on a 17" MacBook Pro 2.2 ghz quad core and the monitor I am trying to attach is a 23" Cinema Display. I am using the C2G model #30546 usb to DVI connector with the displaylink 2.1 driver.
