Hi,
Yes, if I've understood correctly, you can use Windows Display settings to do this.
Open Display Settings by opening the Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.
In Display Settings select one of the displays you'd like to mirror and then select "Duplicate desktop on X and Y"
