:/ I checked and due to my company's policy, I cannot send the data this tool collects to anyone.

I can run the tool, but can't send it to anyone.
Any other way to diagnose what the problem might be?
If it is worth mentioning, I tried a a USB-DVI and USB-VGA device by both Kennsington and Pluggable. Same issue with any combination.
