OK, please try these steps:
1. Disconnect any connected Dynadocks or Lenovo USB Monitors
2. Download and run the cleaner tool from here:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297
3. Install 7.6 M1 from here:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php
4. Connect any Dynadocks or Lenovo USB Monitors
