Can you try the following?
1. Disconnect your dock from your notebook, disconnect your dock from the mains, uninstall the DisplayLink software, run the cleaner tool from here
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297, reinstall the DisplayLink software from here
http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php, reconenct your dock to the mains and lastly reconnect your dock to your notebook
2. Run through the steps in this FAQ:

Whilst the FAQ refers to a different issue to that which you are having the steps to check are relevant to your issue.
