False alarm- just turn off Gatekeeper (my bad!)

Just ran 10.8.1 update and got the warning "DisplayLink: this version of DisplayLink is not compatible with this version of Mac OS X." (moved to Incompatible Software folder). My DL USB monitor is now non-functional. I should have waited; well, I thought posting this might be useful to others. You might want to wait a bit.

I tried reinstalling the DL 1.8 driver and doing a power-off restart, but to no avail.

Mid-2011 Mac Mini, OS X 10.8.1.
