Sorry for the delay in replying.
The logs are showing USB connection errors.
This could be at the PC end / cable / dock end.
As a first port of call can you try (on a failing setup):
1. Installing the latest
firmware for your dock?
2. Connecting to a USB port on the other side of the Yoga S1?
3. Connecting with a USB 2.0 cable to the Dynadock?
