Under windows 7 it was not running fine , but it seems that under win 10 I was able to let my eyefinity configuration enabled and my Digital tablet+ screen enabled at the same time.
I will retest again and keep informed , since I decided to reinstall the whole machine (hum in fact The machine forced me to reinstall
