I am using Windows 10 desktop with an ASUS MB168B+ display and a HDMI Dell monitor. Everything works fine with this dual monitor setup. I want to use the desktop with a single monitor setup using only the ASUS display. But in this case after booting Windows the ASUS display is black. Only after connecting the Dell HDMI monitor the ASUS display works again. What do I need to do, to work with only the USB monitor?
