I'm continuing to experience the issue after:
- Reinstalling the DisplayLink software after uninstalling the core software and running the cleaner utility.
- Updated to the latest Win 10 Intel Graphics driver for my device.
- Updated to the latest Win 10 Nvidia drivers for my device.
- Installed drivers for Dell monitor; although, I don't believe it's required for Windows 10.
- Ran the DisplayLink Support tool and confirmed compatibility.
