I moved your post to the Windows board.
It's possible the driver that Belkin shipped is older than Windows 10.
Would you please check by installing 7.9 M7 from:
http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=576
If the issue persists, please collect the logs as described in my forum signature so I can look at which rule fails.
